Peak RevenueThe 30-Day Revenue Brain
Your AI can't make you money or be useful until you have a knowledge center.
We build that knowledge center for you in 30 days. It's one Revenue Brain inside your software or Notion, with your approved offers, pricing, sales plays, SOPs, and decisions, so your AI and your team work from the same answers. It MUST be built by prompt and database engineers with proven experience.

Your team has the answers. They're spread across your tools and people.
That's why sales uses claims that are out of date, new hires learn by interrupting people, and the founder answers the same questions every week. It costs you repeated work, inconsistent selling, slow onboarding, avoidable mistakes, and founder time spent on questions the company has already solved.

Why this works
Most company wikis store files. The Revenue Brain is built around the questions your team has to answer to sell, onboard, deliver, and report.
01Extract
We go through your sources, interview the people who carry the knowledge, and flag anything out of date or contradictory.
02Install
We turn what's verified into one workspace, with the same naming, owners, and review dates on every page.
03Prove
Someone on your team takes the 25-question test, and we correct anything they miss.
04Transfer
We train your team and the person who will keep it current.
The test
We test it before we hand it over.
Together we pick your 25 most important questions, and we write down the approved answer to each one. Before handoff, someone on your team looks for those answers. The build is complete when they find at least 20 of the 25, each in under two minutes. We correct the questions they miss.
| # | Question | Found in |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Who approves a discount above 10%? | 0:48 |
| 2 | What can we say when a buyer asks for proof? | 1:12 |
| 3 | What happens after a deal closes, and who owns it? | 0:55 |
| 4 | Which battlecard do I use against our main competitor? | 0:39 |
| 5 | What does a new rep read in their first week? | 1:05 |
Questions 6 to 25 come from your team.
It passes when 20 of the 25 are found in under two minutes each.
Built from systems already in use.

This is for you if
- You run a founder-led B2B company with 5 to 50 people.
- You have a proven offer and real operating history.
- Your sale involves several buyers, objections, tools, and handoffs.
- You or a senior leader keep answering the same internal questions.
This isn't for you if
- You're still at the idea stage.
- You mainly want a nicer-looking Notion.
- There's no source material to work from yet.
- You expect CRM setup, lead generation, paid media, or custom software as part of this fee.
Questions we get
Do we need to use Notion?
No. We build the Revenue Brain inside your software or in Notion, one workspace per build, so it stays with your team after handoff.
How much of our time does it take?
One 90-minute kickoff, up to five 30-minute interviews, two review rounds, and one person to take the 25-question test. You also name a decision maker who can answer our questions within two business days. We do the rest.
We already have a wiki. Why would we need this?
We'll use your wiki as a source. Most company wikis store files. The Revenue Brain is built around the questions your team has to answer to sell, onboard, deliver, and report, and every core page has a source, an owner, a status, and a review date.
Will it work with our AI tools?
It's built so AI can use it, with clear page names, a source and an owner on every page, and a library of approved answers. You also get prompts for finding answers and drafting from approved claims. Setting up agents, automations, or your CRM is separate work and isn't part of this fee.
Do you promise more revenue?
No. We promise a finished system. Your 25 most important questions will have approved answers, and a test user will find at least 20 of them in under two minutes each. What it does for revenue depends on how your team uses it.
Is it really 30 days?
Yes, 30 calendar days. If access, source material, or a decision from your side is late, the clock pauses until it arrives.
What happens after handoff?
Your admin keeps it current using the admin guide and the 90-day review calendar. You also have 30 days of in-scope corrections from us after handoff.
